What is Snupps?
Snupps helps you share and connect around the stuff you own and love. Simply take a photo, add details, and curate items on virtual shelves that can be kept private or shared with others. It is available for free on iOS, Android, and the web.

How do I register?
Simply download the iOS or Android app , or register on snupps.com.
How do I get started?
1. Explore the app: Before you start uploading items, take a look around the app to see how others are using Snupps.

2. Find people to follow: Follow or watch other people’s stuff to begin building your community.

3. Upload your items: You can add an item by tapping the plus icon (+) and selecting “Add item”. Then just take or upload a picture, add details, place on a ‘shelf’, add to an ‘Interest,’ and hit “Save”. You can add up to 12 images for each item.

4. Make your shelf public or private: Shelves are ‘Public’ by default, meaning that they will be visible to everyone viewing your profile. To make a shelf ‘Private,’ click the ‘Edit’ button in the top right hand corner and change the shelf from ‘Public’ to ‘Private.’ Additionally, you can make your account ‘Protected’, which means that people have to request to be able follow you or your shelves.

5. Invite your Friends: Snupps is better with friends, invite them through other social platforms to follow you and your collections.

What kind of stuff can I add to Snupps?
You can add anything you own and love to Snupps! Active communities on Snupps include: Women’s Style, Men’s Style, Sneakers, Beauty, Nails, Games, Comics, and many more...
What is a Moment?
Moments allow you to share the memories associated with your stuff. It consists of an image, tags and a caption - linking items from your shelves, and the friends you follow, to a ‘moment’ in time.
Can I add more than one item at once?
Absolutely! Select “Add item” and take pictures of things you’d like to add to your shelves (you can also choose images from your gallery) and press “→”. Each picture will be treated as an individual item.
Can I add multiple images of one item?
Yes, you can! Snupps allows you to add up to 12 images of each item. Additional images can be public, or kept private (for images such as receipts and serial numbers).
What can I do to get my stuff seen?
Once you have added an item, make sure to share it with a relevant group on Snupps. In doing so, you will ensure that your post will be seen by others.
How do I control what notifications I receive?
You can manage which notifications you receive in “Account Settings” in the main “Settings” menu.
What happens if I have forgotten my password?
No worries, this happens to the best of us. The reset password button is just below the username and password field on the login screen. Once selected it will send a reset password link to your email account, follow these instructions and it will ask you to create a new password.
Is Snupps available in different languages?
Unfortunately Snupps is only available in English at the moment. One day we hope to expand into other languages and will announce it as soon as we do!
What are groups?
On Snupps we have 22 different Snupps Official groups, ranging from Sneakers to Home Decor and almost everything in between. You will also be able to find multiple interest specific groups run by our Snupps leaders and influencers. The idea is that by selecting relevant groups we can help personalise your Snupps experience, showing content and collections tailored to you.
Why join a group?
Groups allow you to share your shelves, items, and moments; as well as starting and joining discussions around mutual interests. Sharing content with a group will increase the amount of interactions with your various collections.
How do I leave a group?
To leave a group, head to explore and select the group you no longer wish to be a part of. Select the settings button at the top right of the screen, and click “Leave Group”.
Why are there multiple groups for similar interests?
Official groups on Snupps can be recognised by the ‘S’ Logo on the top left hand side of the group image. These are representative of the largest communities currently on Snupps. Other groups on Snupps are owned and managed by various users, leaders, and influencers - each representing niche areas of an interest e.g. ‘Restoration and customs Sneakers’
How do I delete inappropriate content from a group?
As an admin you can manage your group by selecting the downward arrow button at the top right of the post you wish to remove. Here you can remove the member, report, or delete the post. As a user you will not be able to delete content from a group, but will be able to report the post by selecting the share button and selecting ‘report’.
How do I edit my shelf?
Editing your shelf is very easy. Go to your profile and select the shelf you would like to edit. Click “Edit” in the top right corner. You are able to change the shelf’s name, rearrange your items, or change the privacy settings of your shelf.
How do I send someone a message?
You can send someone a private message in one of two ways; The first option is to go to your “Activity” page where you can create a new message. The second is to go to the profile of the person you would like to message and click on a message icon at the top of the screen.
What do I do if someone has reposted my content without my consent?

We will notify the user responsible for uploading the image in question of your claim of copyright infringement. If the user does not contest your claim, we will remove the content within 48 hours.
Is it possible for me to change my username?
At this time, it is not possible to change your username once your account has been created, this will hopefully change in due course.
How do I close my account?
To delete your account, go to “Account Settings”, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose “Delete My Account”. You will then receive an email to the address associated with your Snupps account. Click the link within this email to delete your account.
Make Me an Offer
What is make me an offer?
Make me an offer allows you to understand the value of your items by passively listing your things for sale. You can do this by simply clicking the ‘accepting offers’ option when adding an item. Make me an offer removes all the typical stress associated with listing an item for sale and instead replaces the experience with a spontaneous outlook on both buying and selling. As a buyer, you can discover items without actively looking for them and discuss offers and negotiations with no pressure or commitment.
How do I list my item on make me an offer?
To start accepting offers on an item, simply enable the ‘accepting offers’ option. This will allow other users to see that you are accepting bids on your item. You can set a minimum offer on items, and view all available bids below the item on your profile. You will also be notified when a new bid is made on an item. You can then message users who have made a bid, and discuss price, the item, shipping etc.
How do I make an offer on an item?
To make an offer, simply press the ‘make an offer’ button that will be available under all items listed for sale. Bid an amount that you are comfortable with for the item, and if your bid is chosen by the seller they will contact you via direct message. There, you can negotiate things like price and shipping, before making arrangements to pay for and receive the item.
What are the advantages of listing my things?
The key advantages of using make me an offer over a traditional marketplace are that there is a strong community trust, no selling fees, a spontaneous and random discovery of unique and rare items and a passive selling approach that requires little to no effort.
What if I decide I no longer wish to receive offers?
If you decide you no longer wish to receive offers on one or more of your items then simply select the ‘accepting offers’ button underneath that item and click ‘Stop accepting offers’.
How do I know if an item is open to receive offers?
If an item is open to receive offers then a blue bubble will appear on the item with the words ‘$ Offer’, this means you can make an offer on that item. You will also be able to see items for sale and open to offers on the explore ‘For sale’ tab.
How do I keep safe whilst using make me an offer?
Snupps holds no responsibility for anything bought or sold on our platform, and so we suggest that you use PayPal protection when trading items and that you use a tracked delivery service during the shipping process.
What happens if I get scammed whilst using make me an offer?
Snupps takes no liability for any losses, through monetary exchange or in terms of the actual items themselves should something go wrong during the buying or selling process. If you decide to pursue the incident further, Snupps will cooperate with law enforcement to provide any necessary information. If this is the case please contact us at support@snupps.com.
Privacy & Restrictions
How do I control my privacy?
Your items are only visible to other people if they have been put on a ‘Public’ shelf. If you set your profile as ‘Public’ within settings, everyone can see these shelves. But if you set your profile as ‘Protected’, then only those you have allowed to follow you will see them.
How do I make my account protected?
Making your account ‘Protected’ means that people have to request to follow you or your shelves. To do this, go to your profile and select the settings icon at the top right hand corner > Privacy and then activate ‘Protect my Profile’.
How do I report an item/ message or user?
To report a user profile, go to the profile you wish to report, click the sharing icon in the top right hand side of the page . You will then be prompted to answer ‘why you are reporting this user’. To report an image it is very similar, go to the image you wish to report select the share button and then ‘Report’. To report a private message go to the message, select details in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Report this’, again please give us as much information as possible.
How do I to block someone on Snupps?
You can block an user from private messaging you by selecting ‘details’ in the top right hand side of the message box, click ‘Block (username)’ and that person will no longer be able to contact you.
Do I own my data on Snupps?
Yes, you own all the rights to your data. We have limited rights to manage your data through our applications to deliver you our service.
Do you share details on the items and information I add to Snupps?
We do not share your personal data on Snupps to parties outside of our applications and servers, unless it is a specific vendor entrusted by us to deliver you our service.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
When you close your account, we will delete all your data from Snupps. We may retain archived copies of your information for a commercially reasonable period after closing your account for legitimate business purposes. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties.
Does Snupps have restrictions on content?
We do not allow content that can be deemed offensive, sexually inappropriate or promoting self-harm on Snupps. You can find more information on this in our terms of use. We reserve the right to remove content from Snupps.
Is there a minimum age to use Snupps?
Our website and applications are not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete this information from our files.
